Simple refund policy.
You only pay after the free placement and module 1, so you already know what you bought. If it still was not worth it, we refund it.
The policy
Full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase. That includes finishing the whole course and deciding it was not worth $39. We only want to keep money that bought something you value. One guaranteed refund per account.
How to get one
Email hello@atelo.ai from your account email, or use the contact form, and say you want a refund. It is processed to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days. A refund ends access to the paid course; your proof page for completed work stays yours.
The exceptions
Platform abuse, chargeback fraud, and accounts violating the terms (for example abusing the code-execution service) are handled through support review instead of the automatic policy.
